FLOORPLAN
After searching through many display homes we found The Galleria by Fowler Homes, it is on display at Elara, Marsden Park. The version on display is the ‘24’ with additional loft bedroom. Our block of land is 417sqm and we were over the moon when we discovered the Galleria 22 fit on to it.
I also played around on Fowler's website as they have a pretty cool feature that allows you to change things on your floorplan - heres a link to our plan.
Due to the slope on our block we had to change the plan to be split level, so we have a few steps down our hallway leading up into the living area. Here is our final floorplan...
Changes we made from the original plan -
• changed walk in pantry to a butlers pantry
• added a sliding door to the dining room (like the display)
• enlarged the ensuite vanity
• added sliding door to study
• added swing door to the butlers pantry
• added swing door to the butlers pantry
