TILE SELECTION
Fowler Homes’ tile supplier is Abruzzo Ceramics, we visited once before our selection appointment and they were able to show us around and we were pleasantly surprised at the selection available!
On our selection day we found it quite easy to make our choices. I knew I wanted something light with a matt texture for our main tiles, our chosen tile ended up having a lappato finish. There were a few other tiles that had a more rough concrete feel which we also liked but ended up going with a tile that had a little more warmth in it. We chose a white marble look tile for our bathroom walls and a matt textured grey tile for the floors, our laundry will have the same.
The alfresco tile options are fairly limited however we didnt want to upgrade as we are trying our best to stick to a budget! We chose a medium brown/grey tile. We will most probably deck over our back alfresco area and extend it around the side of our house to connect to the side sliding door to make a nice large decked BBQ and entertaining area.
